Skuja Braden have received an award at the 13th Gyeonggi Ceramics Biennale (GCB) in South Korea, one of the major international exhibitions dedicated to contemporary ceramic art.

On 13th of May, Skuja Braden received the Baltic Award in the Art category at the first Baltic Awards ceremony, held at the Latvian National Museum of Art in Riga.

Written by Gemma Rolls-Bentley, Queer Art: From Canvas to Club, and the Spaces Between explores the diverse ways queer artists have challenged conventions, reshaped visual culture, and created new spaces for identity, expression, and community. Spanning different mediums, generations, and cultural contexts, the book brings together artists whose practices reflect the evolving relationship between queer experience and contemporary art.
